Empowering the community

through food Justice.

S.A.L.S.A. (Santa Ana Locally Supported Agriculture) is an urban regenerative farming cooperative.

We are a small team of local farmers practicing regenerative farming and soil bioremediation to provide the community with clean healthy produce and to strengthen our local food system.

Our approach centers on a cooperative urban agriculture business model where the BIPOC workers are owners of the enterprise. SALSA is democratically managed under cooperative and food sovereignty principles.

Our farm is located within Santa Ana Community Land trust, La Colmena:

1901 W Walnut St, Santa Ana, CA 92703

SALSA seeks to meet the needs of our communities through agriculture that strengthens our local food system and land stewardship. We are committed to regenerative farming that promotes long term sustainability and improves health of the soil with practices such as no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, rebuilding soil organic matter through compost and biodiverse soils, no till agriculture, and enhancing plant diversity.

Our CSA

SALSA offers a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, providing fresh, local produce boxes through a sliding scale model to support equitable food access. By supporting local cooperative farming, SALSA provides residents with high-quality, sustainably grown food while reinforcing the values of community stewardship and food sovereignty.
